Who assists the students on practical matters?
We handle all practical matters via support on phone, email and chat.
Do you also pay for electricity and water?
No, but we can include this in the user price and give you the relevant share of each usage to
cover your costs.
Who orders service for the machines?
We do, as soon as one of your users reports a problem, we will order the service and carry the
cost.
How do we connect new students to the laundry system?
You don’t; we take care of all practical matters.
What is the standard of your equipment?
We only use equipment built for professional use provided by Electrolux Professional Plus.
Electrolux is a high-quality brand known for its low energy operating machines.
